Machine Reconditioning
We at Shubhline Services are specialized in offering Reconditioning services for machine tools. Instead of purchasing a new machine, the best solution is reconditioning of existing old machine which is more cost effective & faster. We can recondition following types of Machines
During the reconditioning process entire machines is stripped off in to individual components and all the defective / worn out spares are replaced with new ones. Our state of art Tool Room ensures that the new spares are made as per the dimensions & tolerances of the original spare. The slides are scrapped / grind and the mating parts are blue matched to ensure geometrical alignment of slides. Entire new lubrication system is installed. Wiper are installed to prevent any foreign material from entering the slides and thus damaging it. Machine is rewired with new electrical panel. All the machine parts are thoroughly cleaned and assembled. All the geometrical accuracies are checked with job trials and machine is handed over to production. Thus we ensure that after reconditioning the original accuracies and functionality of machine is restored. |
